We are about to embrace Spring and in South Africa 1st September is usually considered Spring Day, but astronomically it only begins when the sun crosses the equator on September 23rd. Until then we may experience some of the winter weather with a few glimpses of nature reawakening in-between. This leads us into Heritage Day on September 24, where we celebrate our Rainbow Nation in all its diversity and challenges. Seasonal changes and the daily pressures of life can take their toll on our skin, emotional wellbeing and health, and this is an optimal time to revitalise ourselves too.
