Notes:

[i] Jupiter, in its own dignity, rules the 10th house representing the government and is pivotal in the T-square. Uranus, usually invisible, merges with and is rendered larger than life by the conjunction with Jupiter; this powerful energy now has space and opportunity for expression.

[ii] The Sun in Capricorn is in the detriment of the Moon.

[iii] Libra is on the Ascendant, Venus is the planetary ruler. Venus is in detrimented dignity in Scorpio.

[iv] Saturn in Libra has dignity of exaltation.

[v] Moon rules Cancer on the cusp of the 10th house.

[vi] Mars rules Scorpio on the cusp of the 2nd house, and Aries on the cusp of the 7th house.

[vii] Jupiter rules Pisces 6th house and Sagittarius 3rd house.

[viii] Sun and Moon are in an applying square to Saturn.

[ix] Sun in Capricorn is ruled by Saturn; Saturn in Libra is in the fall of the Sun.

[x] Mars rules 4th and 9th houses.

[xi] Sun in fall in Aquarius, angular and on the cusp of  the 7th house.

[xii] Sun rules the Ascendant and thus the House of Death pertains to the Sun.

[xiii] Saturn is exalted in Libra.

[xiv] Saturn rules the Ascendant.

[xv] Saturn rules the 2nd house.

[xvi] Moon has separated from Saturn (elder sage), and applies to Mercury (younger militant). It then moves into the 10th house of government.

[xvii] Moon rules the 7th house of foreign partners / enemies.

[xviii] Moon is peregrine in Via Combusta, no power over Ascendant, Saturn or Mercury.

[xix] Venus is ruled by Saturn (elder sage) and in her element (triplicity) with Mercury (younger militant). She is in none of her own dignities and thus rendered relatively powerless over her own affairs.

[xx] Venus in 2nd house of finances / resources.

[xxi] Exalted Saturn rules 2nd house, home to peregrine Venus. Venus applies to Neptune also in the 2nd house, suggesting disappearance of resources.

[xxii] Sun is conjunct Uranus, planet of shocking surprises or revolution.

[xxiii] Jupiter is in and rules the 3rd house of media and communications, and opposes Moon and Saturn. It is in the fall of Saturn, therefore implying that the media has an intense dislike for the sage; messages and communications about the sage contender contribute to his fall.
